In keeping with our philosophy of running a well balanced trip that includes
quality, quantity and variety, we made a move last night and went looking for
some variety and action. Big fish are absolutely amazing and an incredible
experience for those who hook them. Unfortunately for sometimes inexplicable
reasons there are those who try and try, but don't get that coveted bite. We
worked things all day covering a lot of prime water and came up with some
variety today. We had some wahoo, dorado, tuna and even a single pargo. We
weren't able to produce the action that we hoped for today but we put ourselves
in a position to to find it before the end of our voyage. It wasn't all slow
however as shown by Dave hill in today's photo with his 125# yellowfin.

We got right after it again this morning keeping one going til lunch. The fish put on a great show boiling around though it was tough to get a bite. The afternoon was a bit of a disappointment as the fish showed but we managed only a few bites. Four more cows are resting peacefully in 30 degree seawater after today. Mike Reardon put in his time at the rail and was rewarded with this 230# trophy. Brian Photo Here......... Read More
