Fish Report for 5-30-2011
Our epic bite on 30-50lb yellows picked up this morning right where it left off yesterday and continued throughout the day. A nice steady pick until lunch when a huge spot of yellows started blowing out on a ball of squid right next to the boat, after which it was game on. We are now done on yellows and plan on giving this one more day targeting tuna in improving weather. Today's shot shows crewmember Blake Wasano hoisting a 40lb yellow for Royal Star regular Pete Aivadjian.

She looked beautiful in the midmorning haze idling away, perfectly trimmed, the deck alive with enthusiasm and potential.
