One of the most innovative anglers we have the pleasure of fishing with is Stuart Exall. Stuart brings tackle and techniques from around the globe to try out on the tagging trips. Some are exciting and effective like the western pacific "stick baits". Others, like the Indonesian trolling kite, are still are still in the testing phase. No matter what Stuart is working on at the rail he is a genuine pleasure to fish with.
