We enjoyed a very nice day in beautiful weather with pretty good fishing action on 18 - 25# yellowtail and the spectacular scenery of Baja's coast combining to create an idyllic long range scenario. Bait balls, birds, whales, dolphins, and of course yellowtail were all up racing around making for a full day of pursuit that many times produced very little to nothing but just enough times produced some red hot action. For you surface iron enthusiasts this day was right up your alley with a keen eye and deft placement on many occasions adding up for some epic action and fantastic displays by the aggressive yellows. With plenty of time remaining and the signs we saw today we are giving this area one more shot tomorrow before heading out to the offshore grounds for our final day.

With the weather in our favor and plenty of time to prospect we are heading...... Read More

We called it a trip at dark and are presently running up the line in nice weather, our eta at the dock is 0730 Sunday morning. Tim will be back out on a...... Read More
