Fish Report for 1-10-2006
We think it was Let's Make A Deal where during the show the contestants got to choose from three different doors. Today when Monte Hall gave us our turn, we had the misfortune of picking the wrong door. The majority of the fish that we got on today were smaller fish and even though it was tougher overall for the fleet, there was still a couple of good stops for those lucky enough to be holding the golden horseshoe. We ended up the day with a couple of handfuls of that 170pound plus grade and Kevin Nonoguchi was responsible for our only 200 pounder.

Yesterday we had some of the most interesting fish reports that our code boats had to offer in the past several months. Tommy Rothery described the fishing as"unbelievable... the best I have ever seen it in 35 years of long range fishing". Young Andy Cates described his scene as " Dude it was so gnarly...it was hectic..we were asses and elbows. Frank LoPreste summarized his day as "Nice" (which can be translated as wide open).
