shifting gears

Today we shifted gears from heavy tuna outfits to our yellowtail combos.  Things looked bright and was seeing very good sign after daylight - unfortunately something had these yellowtail in a funky mood.  They showed themselves right next to the boat but it was very hard to get a bite and after it was all said and done, it was one of those grind'em out kind of days.  We are grateful for what was given to us in the end and rolling back up looking for biting tuna.  Toki got his (pictured)!

Waking up to a new day, things looked promising right out of the gate and as we all know new days can bring a fresh start but unfortunately for us, that didn't happen.
