Royal Star

Tough scratching here at Alijos today for 31 yellows and 10 tuna, one of which was pushing the 100lb mark. There is nothing to explain the slow fishing as the weather is beautiful and conditions are great, just a down day which I'm sure all of you have experienced at some point.
We loaded up on mackerel after dark and are presently enjoying a nice ride inside where we're going to spend the day tomorrow looking for bluefin. There have been scattered reports over the last few weeks so hopefully between the Shogun and ourselves, we'll be able to get them located.
Today's shot shows Mike Noerenburg who came all the way from Alaska to land this trophy 100lb class yellowfin
