Long Range Fish Report

Another action packed day here aboard the Royal Star. Started the morning off sonar balling around for a few more yellows before targeting anything but tuna and yellowtail haha. Looked along the beach for any bass which we were rewarded with some trophies but it still wasn’t up to our standards. Bent it out west and tried a few rocks for some tasty taco meat and then ended up working back in towards the coast. 

During our travels we snagged up another wahoo in off color shallow water. Weird but we’ll take it. Ultimately we finished the day on the anchor finally finding some good bass action as well as a random dorado. Nothing short of an action packed day filled with of variety. Tomorrow’s focus will be on lingcod, white seabass and maybe even another wahoo.
