Fish Report for 11-15-2012
We started out stationary on one of the lower Banks. By mid- morning the writing
was on the wall and we were off and looking again. This time we connected
finding biting school size Yellowfin, good grade Dorado, and a few Wahoo were in
the mix. We enjoyed the "Yankin and Crankin" in flat calm weather which allowed
our anglers to choose the fish which took their bait. The aquarium style fishing
lasted through the afternoon and was a welcome change to the slow fishing we
have had until this point.
Tom Walker picked off this Wahoo on the edge of a tuna school.

We did manage to scratch up a few fish for the day including today's picture of Mike Kaneen and his 81#...... Read More

Our day of prospecting through historically productive waters that have had very little traffic this year, turned into a travel day with the trolling jigs in the water. We had a few strikes on Dorado which we promptly sent into the galley to be enjoyed by all. The two big positives of the day were that we covered a lot of water on our way south, and most importantly our weather greased off in the afternoon. With good weather forecast...... Read More
