Fish Report for 7-15-2012
We stopped on the coast for a few hours of fishing this morning. Conditions were
off and the catching was slow so we called it a trip and headed for home. On the
way we encountered a friendly pod of killer whales. They hung out with us for
about 10 minutes rolling on their sides and bow riding. We got some great photos
and our anglers captured the experience on video. I will post the best of the
photo's on our Facebook page tomorrow.
I want to thank our generous spnsors for this trip who provided product and gift
certificates.

see you next year.

Then as is typical with bluefin they seemed to go down. In the afternoon we got a school which got with it for a little bit then settled in and we kept 1 - 3 going for an hour or so. Since everyone now has some bluefin tuna onboard for the...... Read More

Today we spent the day fishing for coastal species and checked out the rugged shorelines. The weather was good and the bass made a couple of very good showings in a couple of different areas. Swimbaits, surface iron and live bait were all getting bit well. The quality of calico was outstanding with most from two to five pounds and a few bigger all the way up to an honest eight pounds. I'm sending two pictures today. First is Tony Garza...... Read More
