Fish Report for 7-10-2012
Being on the first annual Garcia - Ouano Charter, we went prospecting offshore
in marginal weather looking for bluefin tuna in an area where some was caught
when the weather was up. Unfortunately it was a down day and we came up empty on
the bluefin. We had a few stops for practice on the small offshore yellowtail
(released) and put a few 18 - 22 pounders onboard. We will be concentrating on
yellowtail in calm weather tomorrow.

07/06/12 Another stellar day of bft angling in flat calm weather. Once again we had our daily limits and spent the bulk of the afternoon looking for the bigger models. The bulk of the catch was 25-35lbs with a few standout 65lbers mixed in. We are going to try a different area tomorrow hoping for a school of the 60 plus lbers.
