Very good sign of big fish here on the lower banks today that put everyone's angling skills to the test as they were very reluctant to bite. By day's end we had a couple handfulls of 90-180lbers aboard with one at 225, not a bad start. With more beautiful weather in the forecast and plenty of big fish around we're not going anywhere.
Warren Whalen got the cow tally started with a 225 taken on a flylined sardine in today's shot.

We departed yesterday after unloading a beautiful load of cows from Tim's last trip and are enjoying a heavenly ride down the line in flat calm seas today. All the usual suspects are aboard on our annual Las Rocas 11-day which has developed into a great group of big fish anglers that the crew and I look forward to fishing with each year.
