Royal Star Fish Report

Royal Star

We arrived at our destination in flat calm conditions and got off to a slow start. A couple of anchor jobs resulted in a handful of 60 - 70 pound tuna. The third anchor job was the charm today as the fish hung around and we had something going for the rest of the day. With just a couple of flurries for 4 - 5 going, we put together a respectable day on this beautiful grade tuna. With flat calm weather and the grade of the fish here, we are staying put and will be hard at it in the morning.

Today's photo shows a happy Gary Tsunoda cheering on his wife Lois as she pulls on a quality yellowfin. Lois was a hot stick today putting tuna, wahoo and dorado aboard.
