Royal Star Fish Report

Royal Star

The good news after day a first full day of travel is that Hurricane Kiko appears to be winding down effectively opening the door to the lower regions for everyone heading below. The not so good news is that the first full day of fishing produced very little to speak of as an offshore search mission for wahoo, tuna, and dorado was undertaken rather than succumb to the tedious task this season of working over the ridge; again. Thankfully however the full day of looking was spent heading south perfectly positioning the guys for tomorrow's zone where the true test will begin. As happens so many times, the set up could not be better to make a fantastic catch with perfect bait, an exceptional group of anglers, and a flat calm weather forecast. We will see what the fish gods bestow as Capt. Toussaint goes to work to make it happen.

To top it off, it sounds like the weather just may relent for the ride home, possibly allowing for a final few...... Read More
