Fish Report for 8-22-2007
A nice steady all day bite on quality 25 - 35 pound yellows in beautiful balmy weather. It made for a pleasant change here at Cedros today. We had our fill by late afternoon and left them biting to enjoy a scenic cruise up the flat calm lee of the island. We are going to start working back up the line tonight to put ourselves in position to fish albacore on our last day.

We opted to start our trip in the albacore grounds for scratchy fishing that produced 36. There was plenty of fish showing but they were reluctant to bite. We are traveling down tonight and plan on fishing kelps while working our way toward Cedros tomorrow....... Read More
