Fish Report for 10-12-2006
We're heading down the line armed and ready to take on whatever conditions await us at the first destination of this mid October ten day voyage. Expectations are soaring and reports from the group below indicate abundant opportunities although the big question of whether we will have a shot at the huge trophy yellowfin seen in 2005 is yet unanswered. As such we presently anticipate a sojourn to the big fish zone but not before a few stops along the way take the edge off with some time at the rail and fish in the hatch. With plenty of factors to affect the equation, we will see how our fishing fortune progresses following the old standard of "one day at a time". As reported we are ready to begin with a perfect load of bait and fine working weather. Look for reports beyond to detail the action.
