Timing could not be better! Departing on the annual Ed Hansen four day run we anticipated a long haul south where excellent tuna fishing was found. Those plans were cut short by new information featuring beautiful grade, 50-80 pound yellowfin much closer to home.
As such, we hit the brakes, and settled in to a fine day of steady catching affixed to the bottom. As advertised the grade was excellent. Between epic weather, fine fishing, and a stellar group to share the rail with all could not be happier. Looking forward to expanding on the fun we'll give this another go tomorrow before contemplating other opportunities. Today's image features Royal Star veteran Belinda Li with a couple of dandy yellowfin she picked off on flylined sardines.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
