We officially departed yesterday morning for our 8-Day Adventure with Phil Friedman. Following promising reports of large bluefin tuna, excellent yellowfin tuna, and big wahoo, we are currently making our transit south.

Today is focused on getting everything dialed in. Captain Brian led an informative seminar after breakfast, and the rest of the morning has been dedicated to rigging up. We anticipate dropping lines and starting to fish for that exciting bluefin/yellowfin mix in just a few hours!

The weather is holding up with calm conditions, though the forecast suggests we should expect some rain.
