Few wahoo to start us off when we first arrived yesterday morning then as the day progressed we drifted for yellowfin tuna till dark. Lot of action and eager biting fish however the sharks and the trophy size of the tuna made it difficult to land most of what we hooked. Today was different with a lot more of this mixed grade tuna and the sharks leaving us alone for the most part. We were able to still catch quite a few of the tuna approaching and exceeding the 100lb mark. We’re gonna give it another day tomorrow and the head into the beach for yellowtail to finish up the trip.
