From Royal Star Sportfishing
Fish Report for 7-4-2025

In both scenery and catching “variety day” did not disappoint. Beautiful conditions, the rugged southern Baja coast, abundant life of all kinds, and an easy going atmosphere combined for a memorable day cherished by all. Extraordinary, a title we strive to attain, was certainly warranted when the final position in a stunning, flat calm anchorage produced the “unicorn” fish most desired. A nice run at beautiful White Sea Bass was the shot called beforehand then delivered upon. A perfect ending to a perfect day the final morning tomorrow will be passed in search mode offshore seeking any new area to focus upon down south. Images for the day feature Royal Star long time friends Rick Stone, Randall Yee, and Bruce Campbell with their stunning “Chrome” Bass’ and Steve Peters with a fine kelp bass caught and released in the mid morning Bassorama.
