We took off on the Phenix 4 day with a good load of bait and excited anglers. We got stopped short of our planned destination by small foamers of nice grade bluefin. We managed a couple of daytime fish and had high hopes for the night. Bluefin being bluefin, they disappeared and we never saw a scale last night.
