Though we didn't find the missing meat to the south yet we did run through a long stretch of scattered bluefin providing hope for the return run up. Grumpy weather offshore motivated a coastal respite at days end and a fine anchorage at night that served up the exact kind of bonus hit we needed. A couple of handfuls of beautiful White Sea bass mixed with yellowtail action infused some much needed catching into the day's routine. On the bottom end of our string now we'll spend a few hours plying the coast in the morning tomorrow before heading back out in search of the missing southern vein. Photo today features our friend Jim Aljian with his first "Chrome" bass ever landed in the heat of night time action.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
