Laden with an incredible catch of 60-80 pound yellowfin and beautiful coastal yellowtail additional quantity was not todays goal. Looking for some shots at trophy bluefin the morning and early afternoon psssed stopping and waiting while the wily bluefin snickered at us from below. Satisfied with the effort and avoiding yellowfin the last shot of the day was taken in the shallows supplementing our catch with a modest few handfuls of bottom grabbers adding color to the bounty. Blessed with sublime conditions - flat calm, final passage up the line was picture perfect. In every category this classic fall four day run scored 10 out of 10. Grateful for the blessings and opportunity to host this fantastic group tomorrow begins the annual Dave Honadle eleven day in memory of Bob Stenboro.
