A couple of plunkers on beautiful quality yellowfin and a few blues. The light gear was the hot ticket along with a hot bait and finesse touch. Calm weather made for a good time of it. Overall though I'd have to admit that it's a far cry from the weeks before. Guessing that the fish is just down for a few days following the full moon we'll stick with it and pray that tomorrow ushers in a sorely needed change for the better. Today's image continues the baseball theme. Matt Kurata, on his way to playing top tier college baseball, took a break from the diamond to squeeze in a little fishing this summer. A nice yellowfin was today's prize.
Again a note to the mask police who are likely suffering an apoplectic fit of hysterical rage at the sight of this healthy young man's smiling, uncovered face. Rest assured the face covering was replaced following the quick photo shoot. Have a nice day!
