We departed on our Accurate Products sponsored trip with Jack Nilsen. We are grateful to Jack and his company for providing us with rods and reels for our clients to use!

We tried the locl bluefin tuna zone with not much luck. At the end of the day we did see and catch a few yellowfin tuna and a bluefin tuna. They were in the 20 pound size class. Surface lures and live bait were best methods to catch these fish.

The weather is great and we have high hopes for tomorrow. Headed further south. Jack Nilsen was pleased to catch this yellowfin on a live sardine.
