MOVING UP

We spent the morning at the Rocks for a few more Yellowtail and did see Tuna however did not hook any... One of Code Boats may have found something tasty up the line, but I won't spoil the fun and let all of Internet Fisherman figure out what is going on?
We'll be there in the morning - but most of you won't,

RUNNING TO THE WEST
5-29-2012
Today we had very good Yellowtail fishing which gave us about all that we needed and the grade was awesome as shown in the photo of the day featuring Mr. Charlie. The weather has subsided 12 to 14 kts - plenty good enough. We are running out to the Rocks in hopes of catching a few Jackpot fish and then we'll just take it from there. TODAY WAS MORE LIKE IT!

After a very windy first day of looking, today was just what the doctor ordered... calm seas and light winds. We didn't arrive at our destination till after lunch but the afternoon worked out just fine with very steady Yellowtail fishing and gave us a nice jumpstart to our trip. We have plenty of time to fish and it looks like the weather is going to give us a break for now, and we'll take it. The photo of the day...... Read More
