"We had very good fishing today on the kelps," reported Excel skipper Justin Fleck on his report for August 5. "We had one kelp with 75 Yellowfin Tuna. We also hit up some kelps with Yellowtail and Dorado. The fishing are moving closer to San Diego. The fishing should pick up nicely for the local offshore fleet in the coming days."
