Fish Report for 7-23-2013

Searcher starts the day slow & later in the day come upon a large school of 30 to 40 lb. Bluefin

Bill Roecker

"Today was a fun-filled day of fishing in good weather," reported Searcher July 23. "We had limits of yellowtail by mid-morning and that gave us more than half the day to focus on bluefin tuna. Most of the day was slow but the last hour and a half proved itself to be worth the wait. We found a large school of 30 to 40-pounders and some bit. We're headed home to turn around to hope to repeat what we did today."
