Slow going here today. We showed up just in time for the party to end. No issue with the sign of fish, there’s plenty around, the bite simply shut off as soon as we arrived. We made an afternoon of it at the rail engaging in some great fish watching along the way but production was at zero despite having a few opportunities. Tomorrow is a new day.

I can’t say that results today don’t elicit concern. But the trip is young. Time is in our favor, the weather is superb, and our bait situation is sound. It is entirely up to the fish at this point.
