Hello everyone;

Well today was a good day. We had good fishing on 60 to 90 pound Yellowfin tuna, with a few going over the hundred pound mark. The bite started in the gray hours, and we had a fishing going for most of the day. We did have a few fish taken by the taxman, and we had a good number of fish go off the edge, cutting the spectra or mono leader.

Weather continues to be excellent, with overcast skies, warm, and 5 to 8 knots of breeze. The Wahoo continue to have lock-jaw, but we are hoping things will change. We did have one personal best today, Keith Stroup, caught his first Yellowfin over the 100 pound mark, and yes he got the shower.

Tonight we had our Sushi buffet, and it was wonderful. Joe and Tommy did a great job, with all aboard enjoying tonight fest.

After dinner tonight, we had excellent puffer catching, we are hoping to fill the tank, so wish us luck.

Team R/p.

We ended up having a very good day. Most of the fish were in the 70 to 90 pound range, with a few over 100 pounds. Largest fish today was a 185 pound Yellowfin tuna, caught by Tony Gallo, on the kite....... Read More
