Captain Justin Fleck checked in tonight with an update from the Excel out of Fisherman’s Landing. We spent a couple days at the Lower Bank. The fishing was slow. We had a fair sign of bigger Yellowfin Tuna. We got a handful of nice fish up to 200 pounds. We also caught some school sized fish 25 to 40 pounders. We got some of that. We also had good fishing for Olive Groupers. We are on our way back to the Ridge. We are going to try for more Yellowfin Tuna and some Wahoo. The Melton’s 10 day is heading North!

If you would like to go fishing on the Excel. Please take a look at our schedule where you can BOOK ONLINE. If you have any questions our office is OPEN on weekdays. You can call us at (619) 223-7493.
